It’s free to sign up, and participants will get a 12-week workout schedule to help you hit the ground running—literally.
While it’s important to stay consistent with your routine, taking time to rest between workouts plays a key role in building strength and feeling good doing so, so you’ll notice active recovery days sprinkled throughout the program. An active recovery practice could involve anything from a calm yoga class to a nature walk to a deep tissue massage.
